Jamaican Coffee
If you're in the mood for a relaxing cocktail, try this warming Jamaican Coffee recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 fluid ounce dark rum
- 3/4 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur
- 1 brewed Jamaican Me Crazy pod
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- 1 chocolate covered coffee bean
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Pour rum and coffee liqueur into a glass. Fill glass with hot coffee. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a coffee bean and nutmeg. Enjoy!
Toasted Coconut Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 brewed Jamaican Me Crazy pod
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
- Milk or cream or whipped cream to taste
- Ice
- Toasted coconut shavings
To toast the coconut, place desired amount of shavings in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Stir often until coconut is golden brown. Pour coffee, milk, and syrup over ice. Stir and top with toasted coconut!
Coconut Oil Coffee
A nice twist on your everyday cup of joe!
Ingredients:
- 1 brewed Jamaican Me Crazy pod
- 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil
- Stevia (optional)
- Raw honey (optional)
- Coconut sugar (optional)
- Gelatin (optional)
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- Peppermint extract (optional)
- Whatever mix-in you like!
Instructions:
1. Carefully pour your coffee into your blender or blender cup.
2. Add coconut oil and any other goodies you want
3. Place the lid on your blender then blend up your coffee. You’ll notice that the coconut oil and coffee will froth up.
4. Once blended, pour into your cup and get your drink on.
